Tks for the upload but didnt worked for me. I think its because earilier today I used a name and serial that worked for at least 2 hour after it said Unregistered again. And I tried uninstalling and installed it again but still no luck. I think its because its saved in the registry. How do you delete that? Can someone help me?

@shamel123, install Regcure which you'll find pre-cracked on here. Run that and it'll clean up your obsolete registry entries. But be very careful - Regcure is quite aggressive in its cleaning method so check everything it wants to delete before you confirm it. That may take some time as it found over 1,500 entries on my system which is fairly new!

This works. BUT if you had an earlier version of Xilisoft ultimate that "called home", all bets are off. Xilisoft "update" will put something in your system that would prevent subsequent registration from the given serial.
And this "something" is still a mystery, Regcure did not clean it for me. Of course uninstalling ultimate would not remove it.
If you don't have access to a clean (from xilisoft update) system, the best option is a VM. Use VMWare Workstation 6.5 and TinyXP to generate a clean VM, then dedicate that VM to this app. And keep that VM away from the net (just LAN access to your video folders)
